There you are again,
Like you always were,
Brimming with hate,
Seeking to destroy.
Another Distraction,
Postpones the inevitable,
Mind shifted,
Changing sadness to joy.
Faced with it all again,
I lock my emotion away,
No more thoughtless theft,
I’ll save mine this time.
Unknown to me,
All is lost,
You’ve picked the locks,
Looted my mind again.
All my mind,
My emotion,
My love,
Give it back,
Take your pity and hate,
And go.
Now you’re gone,
I’ll keep mine to mine,
Forget your notion,
And dismiss your life.

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
